Greystone Update - First Quarter 2010

- In the last quarter of 2009, Greystone completed the Market & Viability Study for Franklin Foundation Hospital (Franklin, Louisiana) and presented the findings of this study regarding a potential medical office facility to the Hospital Board. Franklin Foundation elected to proceed with the recommendations and is currently implementing the initial steps of development.
- During the first quarter of 2010, Greystone has begun the process of proposing on comprehensive portfolio development services for Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware.
- In conjunction with its partnership with American Health Facilities Development (Brentwood, TN), Greystone has recently been engaged to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for St. James Parish Hospital in Lutcher, Louisiana.
- In the Spring of 2010, Greystone will be breaking ground on the Bay City Dialysis Center in Bay City, TX. This brand new medical facility will be located on the campus of Matagorda Regional Medical Center.
