Greystone and Community Health Systems  has completed the closing process of the acquisitions of the Markle Medical Group Buildings, located in Markle and Warren, Indiana, on April 17, 2009. The acquisition is valued at just under $1 Million for both properties.

The Memorial Hospital MOB

Greystone has been selected by The Memorial Hospital in Craig, Colorado to perform a Market and Feasibility Study for the Hospital's proposed on-campus MOB. For this study, Greystone will assess the demand for new medical office space as well as the recommended size and scope for the MOB on the Hospital's future campus.
