Bay City, TX (April 15, 2010) – Greystone began development of an 8,500 s.f. Dialysis Clinic and Medical Office Building that will be located on the Matagorda Regional Medical Center campus. This new, state-of-the-art clinic will be owned by Texas Healthcare Holdings I, a joint venture between the principals of Greystone and local Bay City physicians. Funding for the project is being provided by the local branch of First State Bank Louise in Bay City. Ground breaking for the new facility took place on April 1st and occupancy is currently scheduled for early September 2010.
Lutcher, LA (April 12, 2010) – The St. James Parish Hospital engaged Greystone to provide a Market and Feasibility Study to asses the viability of developing a new, on-campus medical office building to serve their new critical access hospital. Greystone spent two days in late February in the Lutcher, Gonzales and LaPlace markets gathering information on the existing medical office space, prevailing market terms, construction standards and estimated building costs. The results of the study were presented to the St. James’ executive staff and board of directors on April 12th. Once the hospital has reached a decision regarding its medical office building options, Greystone will submit a proposal for development services.
